I don’t care how advanced digital fashion software gets: if you’re working with assistants, freelancers, or manufacturers, you NEED a tech pack to clearly communicate your design vision.

Here’s the reality: Only YOU know exactly what your design should look like. And without clear documentation, you’re setting everyone up for confusion, revisions, and wasted time.

The system you use to create the tech pack may change (PLM, Google Sheets, Excel, Illustrator), but the tool is secondary to the communication. The information and your ability to convey it CLEARLY will always be essential.

Stop leaving your designs up to interpretation. Start documenting them properly.
